These terms govern your use of stalwartfunding.com and the services offered on it, which are provided by Stalwart Funding ("we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We help businesses obtain financing, including revenue-based funding, term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing and SBA loans. We collect the information needed to review your request, find the options that fit your business, and walk you through them.
Every approval is subject to review, and we do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, or the amount, cost or timing of any offer. Any financing is provided under a written agreement that identifies the funding provider and sets out the terms, and the terms in that agreement are the ones that apply.
Our services are for businesses and are not offered for personal, family or household purposes. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you contact us about.
Text messaging terms
Program
Stalwart Funding messaging. We send messages that respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm calls, request the documents needed for your funding request, update you on its status, and, if you agreed to it, tell you about business financing options.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on the form on our home page, or by texting us first. The consent language shown at the point of opt-in reads:
"By checking this box, you agree that Stalwart Funding may contact you at the email address and mobile number you provide, including by automated calls and text messages, about business financing options. Consent is not a condition of any service or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help."
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and the stage of your request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. You can also ask to be removed using the form on our home page.

Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to share it, including bank statements and other business financial records. When you apply, you authorize us to share that information with the funding sources involved in reviewing and providing your financing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No advice
We explain financing options and offers, but we do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Consult your own attorney, accountant or other professional before signing a funding agreement.

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and marks on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our services.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and the current version is always posted here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
